One Week From Today - I'll Prove My Innocence
T-Mobile President Jon Freier and The State of Texas Vs. T-Mobile Whistleblower Marc Palasciano
I’ve been waiting 7 months for this day.
I know I didn’t break the law because Jon Freier HAD TO LIE to have me charged for harassment - he told the Prosper Police that he told me to stop texting him. The evidence in discovery proves Freier the Liar lied because the only message he sent to me was AFTER he filed the police report.
However, it doesn’t matter that Freier lied because now I’m in the Judicial System and I have to prove my innocence to a jury of my Texas peers. I demanded a trial, I told the Collin County District Attorney (DA) and every other elected official in Collin County that I wouldn’t be accepting a plea bargain because I’m being falsely accused.
On top of being falsely accused of harassment, I was bullied by the Collin County DA over my free speech on X because Jon Freier’s feelings were hurt by my tweets. T-Mobile was blowing up the DA’s phone over every tweet that I mentioned Jon Freier because they’ve had their Social Media Team watching me for 19 months.
My Constitutional Rights DO NOT END where Jon Freier’s feelings begin.
I can’t tell if the State of Texas is prosecuting me or if T-Mobile is.
This Thursday is my Arraignment and Pre-Trial hearing where I will plead Not Guilty and we’ll go through the jury selection process, my trial will begin on Monday May 5th in Collin County Court #5.
5/5/25 in Court #5 (that’s a lot of 5s)
Interesting Insights About My Case
My charge has a lie in it.
In December, I issued an apology for texting T-Mobile Executives and made a promise to never go back to Jon Freier’s neighborhood again.
My First Amendment Right was violated by the Collin County DA with a Bond Hold hearing that was dropped.
I’ve had 2 “Announcement - Last Pass”. This means the DA didn’t make an offer the first time they should have.
My educated guess is the Collin County DA’s office has met with T-Mobile Lawyers more than they have Jon Freier.
The March 4th court date was cancelled because the power went out from a bad thunderstorm the night before.
I’ve emailed Collin County Elected Officials including the District Attorney and Judge for my case asking for help.
I formally communicated and asked for help from the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, Texas Governor Greg Abbott, United States Attorney General Pam Bondi, and President Trump.
I’ve spoken at City Council meetings in Frisco and Plano and invited people to my trial, two of the largest cities within Collin County and Frisco is where T-Mobile’s office is.
I’ve exposed the case against me on my Substack website, YouTube, Instagram, and X account. And T-Mobile got my TikTok banned one day after my first court date.
Breadcrumb Trail
The best part about my story is I’ve documented it along the way for anyone to read - I’m living in my own movie and writing the chapters as I go, and I’ll be starting on writing a book after I get through my trial.
Here’s the chapters specific to my false allegation of harassment by T-Mobile President Jon Freier.
Chapter 1 - Firing My Warning Shot
September 25, 2024, I published the below story and told Jon Freier and Mike Sievert that I would be holding them accountable with my free speech with flyers because T-Mobile censored me online and took away my ability to make money as an Independent Journalist.
Chapter 2 - Passing Out Flyers In Jon Freier’s Neighborhood
September 30, 2024, I put a flyer on every doorstep in Jon Freier’s gated community. FYI, this event isn’t included in my harassment charge because I didn’t break any laws entering public property.
In this story, I also shared the last text message I had from Jon Freier which was him unblocking me on X in September 2023 because his social team blocked me after I started replying to T-Mobile CEO Mike Sievert exposing T-Mobile.
Chapter 3 - Being Falsely Accused Of Harassment
October 4, 2024, I received a phone call from Prosper Police Detective Harper letting me know they were filing harassment charges on me and I should stop texting Freier. Detective Harper was nice, I shared that I was confused how I could be charged without ever being asked to stop, and I asked her if Freier turned in my flyer as evidence, which he did.
My flyer was my shield of protection - if T-Mobile allows me to prove my flyer as being truthful in the court of law, then I win.
October 8, 2024, the Prosecutor finalized my charges and I turned myself into the Collin County Jail at 2 am on October 9th. My goal was to catch the 9 am court but I had to wait until the afternoon court session, I got out around 5 pm.
October 10, 2024, I wrote the headline every Journalist should be writing and I started exposing the case against me.
Chapter 4 - Using My Free Speech In Creative Ways
In October 2024, I hit the streets with signs and flyers to share my story, my online censorship is so severe that I’m forced to hit the streets if I want anyone to see my story and that still doesn’t guarantee they can see my Social Medias or Substack website.
Every American should care about my censorship but America has been brainwashed into Cancel Culture and Boycotts since 2020 so people are too scared to support me and ask questions.
Since October, I’ve been outside T-Mobile’s Frisco office 25 times protesting with my signs, I’ve joined other protests to share my story, I protested outside of the Collin County Courthouse, I stood on an overpass on Highway 75 in Dallas, and so much more.
Chapter 5 - Collin County And T-Mobile Attack My Free Speech
On December 2, 2024, The Collin County District Attorney’s office reached out to my Lawyer over one of my tweets where I said “I’ll make Jon Freier uncomfortable with the truth”.
The DA wanted my bond held insufficient which would’ve put me in jail until my trial date - which means I would’ve been in jail for the holidays. This was not a violation of my bond but when you’re T-Mobile, you can request Collin County to do things the average citizen can’t.
The Collin County DA’s office was also threatening to increase my charge from Misdemeanor Harassment to Felony Stalking.
Chapter 6 - My First Court Date And T-Mobile Gets My TikTok Banned
My first court date was on December 4, 2024 and T-Mobile got my TikTok banned the next day! T-Mobile didn’t know I was on TikTok because I was being smart about using it until this day.
Chapter 7 - Reaching Out To Elected Officials
More people should be wondering why nobody will help me - the system is treating me like an enemy when in reality my whistleblowing is heroic.
I got impatient in February because I could tell the DA’s office was stalling on my case, they couldn’t move forward without confirming with T-Mobile Lawyers on next steps, so I decided to take a huge risk and email every elected official in Collin County, the Texas Attorney General and Texas Governor, the United States Attorney General and the United States President, and I copied T-Mobile CEO Mike Sievert and T-Mobile Legal EVP Mark Nelson.
I sent all of these emails from February 8, 2025 to February 11th, I purposely leveled up with the elected officials, and I proved none of them really care about us peasants. I’ve reached out using every official communication path available to me and I cannot get a response.
Chapter 8 - Almost Getting My Bond Revoked
FYI, never email the Judge presiding over your case!
One month after I emailed all the elected officials above, I replied to the Collin County officials with T-Mobile copied demanding my case be dismissed or set for trial.
My March 4th court date was cancelled due to the power being out at the courthouse from a thunderstorm the previous night, the court automatically set a new court date for April 4th.
This court date was to “Plea or Set for Trial”. I’ve been ready to go to trial so I wasn’t happy about pushing out my court date 1 more month for something I’ve already been clear about, I will not accept a plea bargain and I want a jury trial.
Reminder, this is after the DA had 2 “Last Pass - Announcements”, my case has been stalled multiple times.
Chapter 9 - Jury Trial Set For May 5, 2025 in Court #5
First, let me share the last time 5’s showed up for me like this - in October 2023, I was suspended from Elon’s X for 55 days and I had 555 followers when I got my account back in December 2023 after emailing X and Tesla executive leadership.
After I emailed Collin County in March and almost got my bond revoked, it took the District Attorney’s office 1 week to tell my lawyer they weren’t dismissing my case and they were moving forward with charging me.
Once my trial date was set, I purposely slowed down on publishing content about other topics, I pivoted to attending City Council meetings, and I trolled Jon Freier with my free speech by making him Derek Chauvin on my digital flyer to promote my case.
I finally learned City Council meetings are the only place my first amendment right is protected on the internet - they can censor and shadow-ban my social medias but they can’t censor and delete me from the city’s website and YouTube channels.
Chapter 10 - More Cool Stuff I Did
I produced a lot of content! Not only was I protesting outside of T-Mobile’s Frisco office with my signs, but I was recording videos talking about different topics and posting them the same day.
Here’s my video from December 23, 2024 - I cover T-Mobile spying on customers and Gavin Newsom not disclosing a $12.3 million dollar donation from T-Mobile.
January 6, 2025, I went to Ken Paxton’s event at the Fort Worth GOP Headquarters and stood outside with my sign and flyers - you’d think the Texas Attorney General would be interested in this T-Mobile tyranny.
March 19, 2025, I published a video exposing my case.
April 4, 2025, I was outside the Collin County Commissioners hearing because hundreds of people showed up to protest the EPIC Muslim city promoting Sharia law.
A professional filmmaker caught me outside and captured this 2 minute freestyle.
April 19, 2025, I attended what was supposed to be a Conservative rally with thousands of supporters, but it ended up being Woke MAGA with 25 supporters on site.
The “Protect White Americans” protest was held by a Pardoned January 6th Insurrectionist running for Senate without the support of the Father of Austin Metcalf, the dad of the child that was murdered.
My plan worked because my goal was to get my signs and story on other independent media channels.
Chapter 11 - Coming Soon!
Today is day 201 of not having my 2nd amendment right and Texas License To Carry due to a false allegation of harassment.
Counter sur for all you can get.
