I Am Not Suicidal
I replied all to yesterday's email and added Greg Abbott, Ken Paxton, and T-Mobile's CEO and EVP of General Counsel
My wife gets everything if I get suicided.
Here’s the email.
Dear Greg Abbott, Ken Paxton, Mike Sievert, Mark Nelson -
(I submitted this correspondence through the formal Texas.gov intake forms for Abbott and Paxton)
I’m reaching out to share the below email I’ve sent to Collin County Leadership because my Constitutional Rights continue to be violated by T-Mobile in Texas.
T-Mobile has partnered with Big Tech to censor me because I’ve been exposing them as a former 17 year employee turned whistleblower.
T-Mobile President Jon Freier has a false allegation of harassment on me filed in Collin County.
T-Mobile and Big Tech have taken my First Amendment right with censorship.
The State of Texas has taken away my Second Amendment right and License To Carry over a false allegation.
I’ve been extremely patient over the last 16 months while I’ve been risking my life to expose T-Mobile, and I’ve continued to be patient while fighting through a false allegation of harassment in Collin County, but enough is enough.
I don’t know how I turned into the bad guy for risking everything to speak up, but I need y’all to help me ASAP.
Texas should be holding T-Mobile accountable for me but somehow the tables are turned.
Thanks -
Marc Palasciano

Email I Replied To
Subject: A Lifelong Texan Turned Whistleblower Needs Your Help
Dear Collin County Leaders -
I’m a 41 year old lifelong Texan, I’m currently in the Collin County court system with a false allegation of harassment, and I’m reaching out in the hopes of finding someone who understands a mistake is being made and it’s not by me.
My harassment case is a false allegation because the charge has a clear lie within it - I was never told or asked to stop texting the plaintiff, not one time did he ask me to stop texting his business line that he shares with customers and employees, and passing out a flyer in his neighborhood with truth about T-Mobile didn’t break any laws.
I got a little risqué with my text messages but none of it violated laws and there’s no threats of violence - I’m a free speech absolutist and the only reason I text T-Mobile executives is because they all know me and they know I’m being censored for exposing the company they work for.
T-Mobile had to censor me because I beat them with truth - notice T-Mobile hasn’t sent me a Cease & Desist or a Defamation lawsuit and I’ve been exposing them for 16 months.
On top of being falsely accused of harassment, Collin County bullied me over my free speech on X with a bond hearing request that was dropped 6 days later because I never violated my bond in the first place.
I continue to hear the highest ranking Prosecutors are engaged on my case and they’ve even called my lawyers office personally.
I will not accept a plea bargain in my case, I will only accept my case being dismissed, and I’m 100% prepared for a trial where I get to expose T-Mobile as a whistleblower while also exposing how Collin County weaponized the Judiciary System on behalf of a T-Mobile President.
Have you seen the flyer that’s part of your evidence? I’ll add it below for you.
President Trump now has multiple executive orders proving I did the right thing by speaking up to expose T-Mobile.
I have a Substack website that currently has 93 stories exposing T-Mobile as a whistleblower, let me list some of the big things I’ve exposed about T-Mobile so you get an idea of who you’re prosecuting based on a lie.
T-Mobile provides unlimited money for Transgender surgeries as an employee benefit
T-Mobile violated Texas Health & Safety Code Chapter 81D by discriminating against me for being unvaccinated (in Collin County)
T-Mobile’s parent company created the Vaccine Passports for the World Health Organization
T-Mobile Insiders sold $5.3 billion in stock in 2024 and I was the only person to report on it
T-Mobile censored customers text messages during Covid and The Gateway Pundit wrote an article about me exposing it
T-Mobile uses Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) to destroy America from within
T-Mobile took my TikTok from me on December 4th, 2024 after my first court date
I’ve already issued a public apology to the plaintiff for texting him and I promised to never go back to his neighborhood again.
This is going to be one of the worst harassment cases Collin County will ever have to prove, and it’s going to backfire big time because now Collin County is bullying a T-Mobile Whistleblower who is being censored and silenced for speaking up and doing the right thing.
T-Mobile has already taken my first amendment right with censorship and now Collin County took my second amendment right to protect myself.
My Civil Rights continue to be violated by T-Mobile and now Collin County is helping them do it.
Please do the right thing and help a Texan who risked everything to speak up for everyone,
Marc Palasciano
On top of my Substack website, you can find me on YouTube, Instagram, and X. I would be on TikTok and LinkedIn but T-Mobile took those from me.

Good luck and God bless you, Marc.

Too Cool to be suicidal.
