Whoops, I Guess 6 Peers Will Have To Judge Me In Collin County Court
Jon Freier filed a harassment claim with the Prosper Police Department
I’ve been playing with fire for over a year now and I got burned which is going to happen when you’re betting on yourself to speak up for humanity.
I wanted a response from Jon Freier all of 2024 and I got one - it’s obviously not the one I wanted but he sent a clear message to me.
I knew going into this that I could get into a little trouble. I’m not a violent person, I use my free speech as my weapon, I get a little risqué with my wording, but I’ve never threatened violence nor will I because that’s not the type of person I am.
It wasn’t just putting out the flyers that got me a harassment charge, it was a combination of that and the fact I’ve been texting Jon Freier’s business phone number he shares with employees and customers to reach out to him at anytime.
I’ve been sending my stories and flyers as I post them and talking smack, I’m obviously not going to do that anymore after the call I received from Detective Harper at the Prosper Police Department telling me she’s working with the Prosecutor to issue a warrant for my arrest.
Jon never once asked me to stop sending messages to his business number and I had no verification he was even receiving them. If he would’ve acknowledged any of my messages and asked me to stop, I would have.
Jon had to take action so I don’t come back to his neighborhood because he doesn’t want me passing out more flyers like this one.
And FYI, this flyer isn’t defamatory because it’s just the truth.
So What’s Next
I’m learning as I go and this week’s lesson is don’t troll T-Mobile Leadership in text messages because that could be considered harassment, but that doesn’t mean I have to stop exposing T-Mobile.
I reached out to a lawyer and it’s $16,000 to be represented at trial - $6,000 for pretrial work and $10,000 if it goes to trial which my guess is I’d have to go to trial because the context to my story is what’s important.
Thankfully Collin county is one of the reddest counties in the United States, all I need is a few Trump voters on the jury to see I’m a censored whistleblower exposing the most valuable telecommunications company in the world that’s destroying America from within.
Nobody can tell my story better than I can.
Nobody understands my story like I do.
My intent for reaching out to Jon Freier was good, my text message approach was not good but I don’t believe laws were violated because he promotes messaging that phone number and he never asked me to stop.
Once the Prosper Police Department reached out, my communication to Jon Freier stopped.
There’s a lot going for me in this case, I’m thinking I can represent myself and it would be epic for me being in a courtroom with Jon Freier and submitting my flyer as evidence for the jurors to review.
Creating a paper trail in the legal system with my personal T-Mobile stories seems like it would legitimize my stories because the case wouldn’t be able to prove my stories as lies or defamation.
Instead of spending $16k on a lawyer, I could spend $16k on marketing and mailers exposing T-Mobile.
What do you think I should do?
If You’re New To My Story
T-Mobile should be Public Enemy #1 which is why they’re being protected from getting exposed, I’ve been speaking up for over one year and it’s all documented here on my website.
I started off exposing T-Mobile and ended up exposing the censorship that stopped me from exposing T-Mobile. My X/Twitter files section on my website has more evidence of Elon’s censorship than you’ll find anywhere else.
My life is a movie and my own ignorance single handedly exposed the big name heroes in 2024.
Here’s the flyer that I put on every doorstep in Jon Freier’s neighborhood, this should provide enough context to get you interested in my story if you care about your future.

I don’t regret anything I’ve done, I learned from this mistake and that’s what matters.
Read this meme from my story on June 26th and maybe this will help you understand why I’m so passionate about exposing T-Mobile. Link to Story
The system in America has failed me for over 3 years now - it allowed T-Mobile to violate my rights and get away with it, Texas leadership does not care and Ken Paxton’s office denied my request for help, I’ve been censored on every social media platform I’ve used, I’ve lost a lot of friends and family who think I’m crazy, and I’m still here fighting for humanity because I know God has my back.
Keep up the great work. You know you are over the target when you are receiving flack. Free speech is not dead yet but is certainly in grave condition. We all need people like you who are willing to stand up against tyranny in spite of the dangers to self as your type are few and far between. Unfortunately the majority lack morality and are bathed in self interest putting themselves and the rest of us at the mercy of evildoers with bad intentions. You must keep fighting to wake people up before it is too late. Best of luck and know you have my support and respect
The advantage of a lawyer, if he or she is a good one, is to protect you from procedural pitfalls and to watch for mistakes the other side makes. Some mistakes they make can help you in an appeal. With a lawyer you will still have a chance to make your case. Make it clear that you will appeal any adverse decision and be sure the press is there to cover the trial.
