You should be helping me.

I’m a 41 year old lifelong Texan with a documented story of being a Whistleblower experiencing extreme censorship for exposing Un-constitutional actions by T-Mobile, I’m exposing some of the same stuff you’re filling lawsuits against companies for. On top of that, the Collin County Judiciary System has been weaponized against me by T-Mobile with a false allegation of harassment, and the State Prosecution deleted 14 words just 3 days before my trial started because my case is being fabricated, and now I have to wait 3 more months to prove my innocence in order to get my Texas License To Carry and Second Amendment Right back.

To clarify, I am telling you I have documentation of my First and Second Amendment Rights being violated as Texan turned Whistleblower and I would greatly appreciate you looking into my story.

Your Lawsuits & Investigations That Support My Whistleblowing

I appreciate how you fight for common sense by not allowing men to compete in women’s sports, you have a few different lawsuits for Transgender sports, and you’ve sued Independent School Districts for teaching Critical Race Theory.
- I exposed T-Mobile’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion. T-Mobile uses DEI to destroy America from within with woke ideology, I experienced DEI first hand being an ally to the Women’s, Military, and Pride group. (link)
- I’m exposing T-Mobile as Trans-Mobile because they use the Transgender agenda to divide America from within and attack Christianity, one example is providing UNLIMITED money for Transgender surgeries while limiting benefits for other necessary health procedures like having a child with In vitro. Over the last few years, you’ve filed many lawsuits against Big Tech, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- T-Mobile censored customer text messages during the Covid-19 pandemic, they blocked customers from sharing links to the Gateway Pundit’s articles related to the vaccine. T-Mobile created a lie to cover it up, I exposed it, and Gateway Pundit wrote an article about me exposing it in January 2024. (link)
- T-Mobile uses OpenAI to spy on customers - these are some of the most invasive privacy settings I’ve seen. T-Mobile and OpenAI are learning about customers performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, locations, or movements. (link)
- T-Mobile got my TikTok banned one day after my first court date!! It’s absolutely sickening how T-Mobile took over my life through big tech. They have completely taken away my ability to make money as an Independent Journalist. (link)
- Google Search is hiding me from people that don’t know me. I verified this by using Brave Browser and searching my name, I was shocked to see there wasn’t a single image of me! I was completely removed from the search results, I’m the only Marc Palasciano in the USA which makes it easy for them to hide me. (link)
- I’m one of the most censored people in Texas, I’ve documented it for almost two years, and I even filed a request with your office about my censorship on Elon’s X. My Substack website has a section labeled “X/Twitter Files” and it exposes my extreme censorship. (link)
