Exposed: T-Mobile Gender Transition Guide
I'm a former employee and I turned down a $146k severance package to be able to expose how DEI & ESG are destroying America from within.
Most Fortune 100 companies probably have Gender Transition Guides — if the company is partnered with the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), then it’s safe to assume they’re using this template directly from the HRC.
T-Mobile has a four page document for Human Resource Partners to utilize when helping employees transition genders at the workplace. In 2019, I wouldn’t have seen an issue with companies supporting their employees this way, but in 2023, I now understand T-Mobile is using this agenda to destroy America from within.

Let’s begin with how Fortune 100 Companies are destroying America — Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) are designed to destroy American values through forcing American’s to adopt these beliefs or lose the paycheck that provides for their family.
DEI is a cover for dividing and conquering a society. On the surface, DEI makes people think companies really care about their well being. Below the surface, the company is really using the agenda to brainwash society, and ensure the employees don’t fight back against unethical actions of the company. Have you noticed the same big tech companies reporting record earnings with CEOs making $30+ million are also the same companies pushing DEI and ESG and laying off Americans in 2023?
Check out the below example from T-Mobile’s website. How can you promote “One team, together” and then brag about 10 different groups to divide employees?
Common sense is no longer common.

Think of ESG being the report card — companies are graded on their carbon footprint, DEI initiatives, and how they’re enforcing those policies. ESG moves America away from fossil fuels, and DEI brainwashes America into accepting it.
The below example from T-Mobile’s website is a one-page recap of 2022’s ESG accomplishments. For Board Diversity, they should include 35% of the T-Mobile US board are German residents.

America is Experiencing Ideological Subversion
Ideological subversion is a psychological warfare tool to change what people believe, or change the perception of reality. It’s a slow process of breaking down a society and completely changing the way they think — once you change the way the younger generation thinks, then you’ve effectively changed the foundation for every future generation.
Here’s how I know ideological subversion is working — would you post this to your social media? “There are 2 genders. Boys are Boys and Girls are Girls.”
Yuri Bezmenov was a Soviet Russian Informant that escaped to Greece by dressing up as hippie and joining a tour group. Once in Greece, the CIA then helped Yuri seek asylum in Canada. Yuri was an expert on ideological subversion, watch this six minute video from 1984 where he breaks down how it works. If this video doesn’t wake you up, I don’t know what else will.
I Have Hope, But People Gotta Wake Up
I’m not a doomer, I don’t think it’s game over, but I know it’s time for people start waking up to what I’m outlining in this story before it’s too late. I welcome all feedback, tell me why I’m wrong.

What’s wrong with moving away from fossil fuels? I care about quality of life, not whether my energy comes from coal vs the sun vs uranium.
