I called out Mike Sievert for using the T-Mobile stock as his piggy bank and boy has he proved me right in 2024.

The below tweet is from September 6, 2023, just one week after my layoff notice and I was still on T-Mobile payroll through November 2, 2023.

To make it even more interesting, the media is completely silent on T-Mobile's Insider stock sales - the only person talking about it is a former employee that turned down his severance to keep his free speech so he could expose them.

Mike Sievert’s 2024 T-Mobile Stock Sales

On top of Mike’s stock sales, Mike and the T-Mobile Board of Directors created a new quarterly paycheck for themselves with launching dividends in 2024. Let me provide a rough estimate of what Mike’s personal new dividend payout was.

Q1 - $292,534.75 (.65 dividend payout)
Q2 - $284,780.60 (.65 dividend payout)
Q3 - $258,780.60 (.65 dividend payout)
Q4 - $279,949.12 (.88 dividend payout)

Mike sold $19 million in stock in November 2024 and his dividend payout went up because the dividend payout increased from .65 to .88 per share.

Of course every shareholder benefits with dividends, but who do you think has the most T-Mobile shares?
