CROWDSTRIKE HAS EXPERIENCED 8 DATA BREACHES IN THE LAST 5 YEARS
Social Security Numbers, Drivers License, Addresses and more for Over 70 Million Customers
Sike! It was actually T-Mobile.
How else do I keep you interested in me exposing T-Mobile? HAHA
I was employed at T-Mobile for every data breach listed below and I was part of the Executive Customer Experience team with visibility into customers reaching out to C level executives. I analyzed data to identify customers top pain points and then partnered with Headquarters teams to find solutions and implement new processes across retail stores and customer care experience centers.
I’ll sum up the below screenshot for you, T-Mobile has leaked every important piece of customer information you don’t won’t hackers to have for over 75 million customers.
I saw countless escalations to the CEO and Presidents for customers getting their Crypto and Bank accounts wiped out.
I felt so bad for these customers but all I could do was read their escalation and bring it up on conference calls that ended with no improvement to the process or experience.
Let me explain how this hack works.
Hackers obtain your T-Mobile.com login info or they have all of your personal information to authenticate over the phone with Customer Care.
Hackers access your account and change your SIM card.
They reset the passwords for your bank and crypto account because they have your phone for the text message.
Hackers transfer all the money out of your account.
Your Crypto or Bank Account is $0.
The majority of escalations were crypto accounts because crypto is unregulated and large amounts can be stolen without government agencies investigating.
The big question is how did Hackers get the customer’s information?
The easy answer is T-Mobile’s data breaches.
The complicated answer is data breaches, possible employee participation in call centers out of the Philippines, and T-Mobile could be knowingly participating in order to help normalize cyber security attacks while allowing Hackers to create digital copies of people.
Thanks - Marc Palasciano
P.S. - I know some of you are tired of hearing about T-Mobile but you should be wondering why I’m the only one exposing T-Mobile.
Thank you endlessly for exposing. Just got a letter from a debt collector. My card was stolen after it was paid off in full and thousands fraudulently charged- now collections after me for debt that I didn't generate and obv created via this bs. It all wentndown backnin 2021/still a TM customer. Consumers have no ability to fight it. It fuks up real lives and good ppl trying to live responsibly and well within their means. Im insanely furious.
