I’m one of the biggest stories in America being suppressed.
America should’ve heard about me and my story by now, I’m a lifelong Texan who walked away from my career at T-Mobile to speak up about how they’re destroying America from within. After walking away from my 17 year career I built that paid me $200k annually, I even turned down my severance that was worth $150k because the severance agreement included an NDA that would’ve silenced me about anything related to T-Mobile.
I’ve been speaking up for over two years and I’ve documented one hell of a story for anyone to read, I started off trusting the system and believing it would help me, I thought I’d be recognized as a hero for turning down money and exposing a Fortune 100 Company’s nefarious actions, but I finally learned that I underestimated how important my story was because it exposes way too much truth people aren’t supposed to know.
The system won’t recognize me because my story exposes the World Economic Forum and that’s who is running the show when it comes to destroying America from within and enslaving humanity with technology.
Let’s recap some of my big exposures about T-Mobile.
T-Mobile is the World Economic Forum’s telecommunications company with all the technology needed for the The Great Reset and Fourth Industrial Revolution - T-Mobile created the Digital IDs for the European Union and the Vaccine Passports for the World Health Organization and European Union. T-Mobile also has Social Credit Scores and Central Bank Digital Currency.
T-Mobile provided UNLIMITED money for Transgender surgeries and spent millions of dollars promoting the LGBTQ+ agenda to America’s youth.
T-Mobile is the most woke company in America and they used their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda to divide America from within.
T-Mobile employees foreigners on H-1B Visas while they’ve laid off over 20,000 Americans.
T-Mobile promotes 15 Minute Smart Cities, they have all the technology to make Smart Cities a reality, and they’ve even implemented this technology in Seattle Washington which is where T-Mobile USA is Headquartered.
T-Mobile censored customer text messages during COVID blocking customers from sharing links that were questioning the vaccines efficacy.
I fought T-Mobile’s vaccine mandate in Texas and was discriminated against for being unvaccinated by not being allowed into the office for 10 months, and they even blocked me from attending the holiday party that required proof of vaccination to enter.
In 2024, T-Mobile and their Insiders dumped over $5.4 billion in stock and not a single news outlet talked about it.
T-Mobile USA is owned by Deutsche Telekom which is also known as T-Mobile Germany and the German government owns 30% of Deutsche Telekom, this means the German government is operating America’s most valuable telecommunications company.
I’ve exposed A LOT of lies from John Legere and Mike Sievert, who are the previous CEOs of T-Mobile.
Those are some BIG statements to make.
As far as I know, there isn’t another American who has exposed a Fortune 100 Company like I have and isn’t being celebrated by the Government, Fox News, or big name Journalists and Podcasters. And not only am I exposing a Fortune 100 company, but I’m exposing a key player in the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset which is a BIG DEAL.
On top of exposing all of this important information about T-Mobile, I’ve also documented how I’ve been censored on every platform for telling my story. In January and February 2024, I had 13 million impressions on X/Twitter, and in March 2024 I experienced a 99% decrease in my reach on X/Twitter with less than 10,000 impressions. A 99% decrease in my impressions was 100% censorship. Elon Musk was my hero and I bet everything on his promises of having a free speech platform for Citizen Journalism, to ultimately learn he was baiting me into exposing myself so his AI could be used to censor me across all social media platforms and the internet.

Now Let’s Talk About Texas Lying To Prosecute Me
The State of Texas said I “Weaponized Free Speech and the First Amendment”.
In 2024 after being censored and realizing I couldn’t make money as an Independent Journalist in America with my free speech, I got pissed off and started texting T-Mobile Executives I knew. This was a big mistake and something I wish I wouldn’t have done, but at the same time, I’m proud of myself for speaking up and not giving up because being censored as a Whistleblower is one of the most Un-American things an American can experience.
After not getting anywhere with texting, I decided to level up my approach and pass out flyers in the neighborhood of a T-Mobile President who is now T-Mobile’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). It was a gated community without a Security Guard, similar to a gate to an apartment complex where there’s only a keypad, I waited for a car to drive thru and I followed in.
After I put flyers on every doorstep in the neighborhood, the T-Mobile COO called the Prosper Police Department and filed charges on me for harassment - he told the Police that I continued texting him after being told to stop even though that was a lie, but he had to say that or the Police Officer wouldn’t have filed charges against me. The Police Officer even told him that if he lived in Garland Texas, they would tell him toughen up and get over it.
It took 10 months for us to go to trial - my trial was originally set for May 5, 2025 but just days before the trial, the State of Texas requested to rewrite my harassment charge and my trial was pushed out to August. During this 10 month period, I stood outside of the T-Mobile office and the Collin County courthouse with signs trying to spread my story in person because my social media presence was completely locked down, and T-Mobile even got my TikTok account banned just one day after my first court date in December 2024.
I pissed off the Collin County DA because I stood outside of his courthouse holding a sign saying he framed me. In hindsight, that was definitely a bad move for me because I made him passionate about prosecuting me and he knows how to abuse the system to his advantage. However, I believed in my Constitutional Rights and I never thought the Judiciary system could be weaponized against me like it was.
The State of Texas rewrote my charge to remove the lie about me continuing to text after being told to stop, and they changed it to I sent “repeated electronic communications” because this allowed them to use my social media and first amendment right against me.
I bet I’m the most expensive misdemeanor case Collin County has taken to trial, you should’ve seen how many people were helping the State Prosecutor.
Let me recap some of the red flags and lies from my trial.
Days before my trial in August, I found out my Judge was out of town and I would have another Judge sit in for him. Instead of the Conservative Judge from Colin County, I had a retired Liberal Judge from Dallas lead my trial. Judge Mike Snipes from Dallas sat in Judge Randy Johnson’s chair in Collin County Court #5.
Of course I can’t prove this but I suspect they were able to plant a Juror in my jury pool, the Judge is ultimately who selects the final jurors after the jury selection process is completed by the state prosecution and my defense team.
The state prosecution said the gated community had a security guard and that I snuck in around the guard.
The T-Mobile COO said he feared for him and his families life when I flyered his neighborhood, and then he flew out to Bellevue Washington the next day and left his wife and kids at home while considering me a physical threat to them.
The state prosecution got all of my social media from X/Twitter, Instagram, and Substack through a warrant and they used all of my social media against me.
The state prosecution and T-Mobile said I was a violent threat for talking about using my guns for self defense.
The state prosecution subpoenaed the Police Officer that arrested me 16 years ago for a felony marijuana charge to testify in my sentencing hearing, they went after my character and implied I was still selling weed 16 years later. I completed deferred adjudication for this charge in 2013 and I immediately quit selling weed when this happened in 2008, I started focusing on my career at T-Mobile and worked my way up from the bottom to a Sr Manager position. I am not a felon because I completed the probation agreed to, and now in 2025, 24 out of 50 states have legalized marijuana.
The state prosecution told some of my whistleblower story for me, but they played down the impact of being discriminated against for my vaccine status, even though it’s now in violation of Texas Law Chapter 81D in the Health and Safety code.
My attorney didn’t take my case seriously and I made big mistake sticking with this attorney, I almost switched but decided to not to. I paid $12,000 for my representation to get the maximum jail time which means I could’ve got the same result representing myself. I should’ve found an attorney who understood my whistleblower story and was willing to fight for me, but I learned some Attorney’s in Collin County prioritize their relationship with the District Attorney’s office over representing their client.
I was found guilty and I was eligible for probation, but the jury sentenced me with the maximum jail sentence for a Class B Misdemeanor which is six months. After being found guilty, my attorney said the state prosecution would possibly offer probation but I would have to give up all of my social media accounts for two years.
Since my charge was a misdemeanor, I was able to join the Collin County Sheriff’s Inmate Work Program and reduced my time by getting two days served for every one day I was in the work program. I worked in the County Jail’s kitchen where there the Texas Workforce Laws do not exist and OSHA violations are a daily experience. I served 104 days out of my 180 day jail sentence.
My biggest mistake was texting the T-Mobile Executives and I apologized for this mistake 8 months before my trial, I recognize and own my mistake because I let my passion get the best of me. Passing out flyers in the neighborhood wasn’t against the law, but combining that with the text messages is what opened up the door to being charged with harassment.
The Prosper Police Department requested all of my social media in June 2025 because the Collin County District Attorney’s office asked them to, they did this eight months after charging me for harassment. Prosper’s Police Department even had their social media expert in charge of crimes against children go through all of my social media. Collin County was able to fabricate the harassment case against me by rewriting the charge and using my first amendment right against me.
There isn’t another story in America like mine and my story single handedly exposes how far gone America really is. I’m a born and raised Texas who risked everything to speak up for everyone, but I’ve learned most people are still trusting the politicians and believing America’s Government is still working for them.

Marc speaking truth to power is almost always a futile battle. I applaud you and your efforts to expose these bought and paid for puppets who have the gaul to say they're public servants. I also appreciate you being truthful in the mistakes you made along the way in your fight. That shows me a lot in regards to your character Marc.
