To make it more interesting, Deutsche Telekom (DT) stopped selling stock at the end of June - DT sold stock 2-3 times a week every week from January to the end of June.

Ignore the $1.8 billion in the image, insider sales were 2x that at the time of my story but the website I was paying for was providing bad data, now I pull directly from Nasdaq.
