Introduction For Context
For those new here, I worked at T-Mobile from November 2, 2006 to November 2 , 2023. I’ve been a shareholder of TMUS since May 1, 2013 when T-Mobile IPO’d at $16.52 in a reverse takeover of MetroPCS. The TMUS stock has bought me cars, paid for the down payment on my house, and it’s been one of the best investments ever in my life. The old T-Mobile CEO John Legere was smart, he knew if he gave employees stock in their compensation, and allowed discounted employee purchases, it would help drive the stock price up. Every employee paid attention to the TMUS stock, we had a blast taking over the industry and driving the stock price up!
T-Mobile announced a layoff on August 24, 2023 of 5,000 people (I was one) and the CEO Mike Sievert’s reasoning was, “What it takes to attract and retain customers is materially more expensive than it was just a few quarters ago”. That reasoning sounds like financial hardship, huh? But Mike, CNN’s CEO of the year for 2022, proved his hypocrisy over the next few weeks after announcing the layoff, here are a few examples:
September 6, 2023: T-Mobile announced a $19 Billion Shareholder Return Plan, that included launching dividends for the first time in TMUS history, and also stock buybacks.
My .02 - This seems like a cool money printer I wish I had.
September 26, 2023: “T-Mobile Launches Second Corporate Venture Capital Fund to Fuel the Next Generation of Connected Products and Services” (Link)
My .02 - This is investing in WEF companies.
October 12, 2023: T-Mobile announced a forced migration to a higher price plan for customers on certain rate plans. Customers could opt out, but they had to call into customer service and request to opt out. (Link)
Enough customers spoke up, T-Mobile backtracked on this forced migration two weeks later. Speaking up works!
October 25, 2023: “T-Mobile Outpaces the Industry on Customer and Service Revenue Growth, Delivers Highest Cash Flow in Company History in Q3 2023 and Raises Guidance Again” (Link)
My .02 - It’s disgusting that a US based company is allowed to report record cash flow while laying off 5,000 Americans. To note, the people laid off were on payroll the same quarter record cash flow was reported.
The TMUS stock has increased 23% since announcing the layoff, from $133.32 to 164.34 today, January 17, 2024.
How The German Government Entered the USA Through T-Mobile US
As of April 2023, Deutsche Telekom AG was (and still is) the majority stakeholder of T-Mobile US at 51.4%. Deutsche Telekom AG is a German telecommunications company that the German government has a 31.9% stake in, down from 57% in 2000. I’ll educate you with three sentences from a July 24, 2000 CNN Money Article (link):
“Ignoring direct threats from U.S. legislators to block any such deal, Germany's Deutsche Telekom AG agreed to acquire U.S. mobile phone operator VoiceStream Wireless Corp. for $46.04 billion in cash and stock, acting on a long-stated goal to extend its reach onto American soil.”
“Hollings, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Commerce Committee, has cited national security concerns for his proposal, noting that Deutsche Telekom is 57 percent owned by Germany's government.”
"One of the nice things this morning is the [European Union] weighed in and said there could be major trade restrictions if the U.S. blocked it."
I just showed you Deutsche Telekom AG didn’t care what concerns the US government had, the German government owned 57% of Deutsche Telekom AG, and they threatened to shut down trades if the US blocked it. Need I say more? I don’t think so.
One Minute Video Recap - Germany Influences T-Mobile
This clip is from my first video, it’s in my Instagram/iMessage format. I add images around the video to illustrate the story, these can be shared like memes.
Deutsche Telekom Sells $158.5 Million In TMUS Stock 12 Days Into 2024 & Softbank Receives $7.6 Billion in TMUS
This one is pretty clear, the headline is a fact but let me educate you more. On April 1, 2020, T-Mobile completed its merger with Sprint to create the New T-Mobile. The merger with T-Mobile and Sprint was really Deutsche Telekom and Softbank making a deal together. Softbank is a Japanese investment company with a controversial founder named Masayoshi Son. Masayoshi’s portfolio is well known - WeWork, Alibaba, the third largest wireless carrier in Japan, plus more. Masayoshi brought on Marcelo Claure to implement the merger between Sprint and T-Mobile, Marcelo now has roughly $1.1 Billion in TMUS stock for helping Masayoshi. They’re part of the big T-Mobile club.
BUT WAIT, it gets even better! Read these headlines from a Yahoo! finance a December 30, 2023 article.
“As part of the merger agreement, Softbank (OTC: SFTB.Y) (OTC: SFTBF) forfeited 48.8 million shares of T-Mobile stock it was entitled to. However, the parties agreed Softbank would receive those shares back if T-Mobile's stock price stayed above $150 for 45 days on a volume-weighted average price basis before Dec. 31, 2025.”
“After continually running into resistance at $150 per share in 2023, T-Mobile shares sat above the target price for most of December. Combined with a few days where the stock traded above $150 earlier in the year, it triggered the contract. T-Mobile immediately issued 48.8 million shares worth about $7.6 billion to Softbank.”
By the way, Deutsche Telekom, Softbank, Masayoshi Son, and Marcelo Claure are all well known partners with the World Economic Forum.
Deutsche Telekom AG Sales - $158.5 Million
T-Mobile Insider Stock Sales Since 2021
It was too easy to steal Capitalism from the American people, ESG and DEI are Trojan Horses for destroying us from within. Our enemies knew all they had to do was buy up every Fortune 100 company, and then implement marxist tactics from the top. The people below are forced to adopt marxism in order to receive their paycheck that provides for their family. The higher up the chain and the more money you get, the more marxism you’re forced to adopt and push down to the next level. It’s that easy, that’s how America is being destroyed from within.
Part Of The Big Club - Mike Sievert

During that period, Mike sold $22.9 Million in TMUS stock + Unknown Dividend Payout on December 15, 2023
Mike had a stock valuation loss of $9.1 Million, but received over $23 Million
I’ll end this section with a spreadsheet…
Week 1 Receipts: Professionally Trolling Mike Sievert, Marcelo Claure, John Legere
These receipts are from the first week after being laid off, I’ve been executing a Go To Market plan to have my journalism and story go viral since my first post in September 2023. Pay attention to the hashtags I use, I’ve been calling out what I’m doing since day 1. Mike Sievert blocked me so you can’t see what I’m reposting from him. Legere knows not to block people, he was the first professional troll in Corporate America. Instead of blocking me on X/Twitter, he just had me Ghost Banned and Suspended, or maybe it wasn’t him, I’ll never know. Marcelo still hasn’t figured out I’m trolling him.
Before You Go, A Note From Me
T-Mobile broke the rules of wireless and changed the industry for good, that’s what the Magenta culture stood for. I’ll bleed Magenta for the rest of my life. T-Mobile changed, I didn’t. I’ll speak up to the establishment for the little people like me.
I’m launching a $5/month subscription in the next few weeks with exclusive content, and I’ll continue to provide free content. My goal is 2,500 subscribers within 6 months so I won’t have to sell out to advertisers or sponsors. I want to own my operation all on my own, no employees, no advertisers to pitch, just me exposing as much truth as I can. I know I can smash 2,500, but I like to share realistic goals and then smash em. If you appreciate this, please subscribe!
