Black History Month - Exposing T-Mobile's DEI Agenda
DEI is a virtue signaling hustle from rich people with the most privilege and it's used to divide America from within.
Why this story matters: ESG and DEI practices were designed to destroy America from within and I’ve been passionate about exposing it since I started my journalism, and now it’s a mainstream topic with the United States government publishing Executive Orders banning it.
Hopefully by now you’re at least questioning why me and my story aren’t on Fox News or Joe Rogan’s podcast.

T-Mobile Is The Most Woke Fortune 100 Company
I know I’m obviously bias but I’m very balanced in my approach and assessments of the statements I make. I’ll also remind you T-Mobile is the German government’s telecommunications company and we all know how good Germans are at dividing humanity.
If you’re not familiar with how Hitler divided the world, then you should check out this video from 1945 where the United States Army created a 20 minute educational video for citizens called "Don't Be a Sucker".
It shows how Hitler took over Germany by dividing people with labels. Everyone should have to watch this, it outlines the exact same playbook as what's going on in America today.
🏳️🌈, 🏳️⚧️, 🇺🇦, 🇮🇱, 🇵🇸, 🇲🇽 - these flags are being used to divide America in 2025.
T-Mobile was woke and full of DEI way before 2020 but it didn’t bother me because it wasn’t forced onto me and it didn’t change my day to day, I’d argue T-Mobile from 2013 to 2020 was the best representation of America because it was Black, White, Gays, Asians, Transgenders and every other group getting along just fine.
2020 was the year that changed everything - T-Mobile finally merged with Sprint, the CEO changed from John Legere to Mike Sievert, and T-Mobile went full retard pushing the woke agenda like very other Fortune 100 company.
2020 was the year that purposefully changed America forever and the planned Covid pandemic and stolen election is what allowed it all to happen.
Let’s Start With This Banger
The only webpage on T-Mobile.com with black and white pictures is the webpage for the T-Mobile Executives - notice how there isn’t 1 Black Executive?
That’s exactly why this page is in black and white.
T-Mobile’s Black Empowerment Network
This is 1 of 10 Employee Resource Groups and this one is obviously for black people, T-Mobile’s Black Empowerment Network (BEN) is for T-Mobile’s black employees and this group was allowed to be racist against white people without consequences. White people were supposed to be sorry for what their ancestors did and there was no questioning a black person’s opinion on the topic.
In 2020, the BEN group wanted to change their name to Black Lives Matter and T-Mobile leadership was smart to shut that down, but they still poured a ton of fuel onto the race wars that were intended to divide America from within.
T-Mobile Spoken Word Events for Black History Month
The first Spoken Word Event for Black History Month was in February 2020 and this was coincidentally the same week that Covid started in a nursing home 15 minutes away from T-Mobile’s HQ.
I happened to be in Bellevue at this same time and it was wild seeing this event in person - black employees wrote poems about how shitty white people were and white people had to celebrate it in the name of DEI.
This Spoken Word Event has been hosted every year since 2020 and it’s live-streamed on a webcast for employees to watch.
T-Mobile’s Black Guy For DEI
T-Mobile hired Clint Odom as VP of Strategic Alliances and External Affairs in 2021.
Clint’s title is a fancy way of saying he has connections with people and he lobbies for T-Mobile’s initiatives with T-Mobile’s money.
Clint came from the National Urban League, worked in a leadership position for Kamala Harris prior to the National Urban League, and he conveniently worked for the Federal Communications Commission in the most important department for T-Mobile, wireless spectrum.
Clint travels around the USA for T-Mobile to accept awards for not being racist while he rubs shoulders with politicians.
Black Trans Lives Matter
I have no words to describe the mental illness in this 2 minute video that T-Mobile promoted in 2020 during the BLM riots.
Check out the note I put on the bottom of the video - T-Mobile spent $1.5 billion for DEI initiatives in 2023 and they also laid off 5,000 American employees in the same year.
That $1.5 billion could've kept Americans employed but it was used to divide America from within.
It’s unbelievable what these companies are getting away with.
Black Only Major League Baseball Game
T-Mobile has been the MLB’s major sponsor since 2013, and in 2023 T-Mobile introduced the new “HBCU Swingman Classic” to the MLB’s All-Star Experience.
HBCU = Historically Black Colleges and Universities
T-Mobile sponsored the MLB for 10 years and then decided to make a baseball game that was only for black people.
If you’re a millennial like me, you know America was less racist before 2020 and we grew up in the best time this country had to offer.
T-Mobile CEO Mike Sievert’s Note To Black People
In 2020, every Fortune 100 company played the same game together in order to divide and destroy America from within.
Here’s the T-Mobile CEOs note to black people during the BLM riots.
Since this note, Mike has laid off a lot of Black Americans.
T-Mobile CEO Mike Sievert Virtue Signaling With Tucker Carlson
Do you remember in 2020 when everyone attacked Tucker Carlson because he said BLM was a terrorist group burning down cities?
