if I remember correctly, it’s basically the same thing as shadow banning a youtube account, meaning that if a user want to reach your content, they need to actively look for it, like searching your account for exemple, but it will not appear in the normal feed anymore even for your followers
If you let me give you an advice, you shouldn’t link all your accounts together, I know it certainly help you grow, but it also makes it way easier for the regulators to find and strike them

My ignorance got me here today and now I'm toast because we already have Digital IDs. I'd have to get a brand new device not on any network I've been on with a VPN to even have a chance in hiding - I've already accepted we've lost all freedom online.
Yes unfortunately you will certainly need to change the device you are using, I remember some years ago I got too many instagram accounts striked in the same smartphone and I wasn’t able to access instagram from this device since then, I successfully created a new account with my old phone but absolutely now way to login from the flagged smartphone even with a VPN, I highly suspect them to flag the IEMI number at some point, but it’s only a supposition
And it’s not ignorance my friend, ignorance is the lack of wanting the knowledge, but them, they purposely hide from the users how their system works
