Just read it. It amazes me other employees just go along with this evil. I am not sure ground zero is but I have written 2 pieces on insurers who first covered gender 'transitions.' The City of San Francisco plays a role. Kaiser, Blue Shield of CA and HealthNet were I believe the earliest in early 2004. The tech companies play a huge role. Familiar w/ HL7?
