EXPOSED: T-Mobile's H-1B Jobs For 2025
$81.5 Million In Salaries Handed To Foreigners In America
I bet that headline got your attention.
Aren’t you tired of Fortune 100 Companies in America not helping Americans?
Not only is T-Mobile raising prices on consumers after promising not to with Price Lock while the Executives are making the most money they’ve made in their lives, but T-Mobile is also hiring foreigners for jobs that Americans can do while also laying off Americans.
First, Let’s Celebrate T-Mobile’s New Indian CEO
T-Mobile’s most famous CEO was John Legere, he served from September 2012 to April 2020, he spearheaded T-Mobile’s comeback from a company that was dying to the Fastest Growing Wireless Carrier in America, known as the Un-carrier and re-imaging America’s Wireless Industry with removing annual contracts and launching unlimited voice and internet plans. John Legere was the Elon Musk of the 2010s, he was an active CEO on Twitter and he was known as the cool CEO who wasn’t uptight wearing a suit and tie. (My Story on John Legere)
Mike Sievert was behind the scenes helping John Legere as the Chief Operating Officer, and then Mike was promoted to CEO in 2020 after the T-Mobile and Sprint meager was completed, he served until November 2025. (My Story on Mike Sievert)
Shrini Gopalan transferred from T-Mobile’s parent company (Deutsche Telekom) in Germany to the Chief Operating Officer in March 2025, because they were prepping him to be the CEO which he became in November 2025.
T-Mobile’s new Chief Operating Officer under Shirni Gopalan is Jon Freier, the T-Mobile Executive who filed harassment charges on me.
With an Indian leading the helm at T-Mobile, it makes sense that they increased their H-1B employment in 2025 to their highest year yet, T-Mobile employed 549 total H-1B Visas for 2025.
For those that don’t know, I walked away from my 17 year career I built from the ground up that was paying me $200k a year, and then turned down my $150k severance because it included an NDA that would’ve silenced me.
Here’s a picture from 2016, from left to right - Mike Sievert, Jon Freier, Me, and John Legere. They all blocked me on X/Twitter in 2024 when I started exposing T-Mobile.
Exposing T-Mobile’s H-1B
First, let me provide a quick overview for H-1B.
An H-1B Visa is a special type of visa that is provided to a Non-American citizen in order to come to America to work for a company, and the majority of time it’s a Fortune 100 Company hiring the foreigner.
72% of H-1B Visas are for people from India, China is the second most at 12%.
Frisco Texas has seen an increase in the Indian population of 4,510% over the last 20 years, from 2.5% to 33% of the population. If you live in a city in Collin County Texas, you have seen your city completely change over the last 10 years, and if you’re a white, black, or hispanic Texan, you probably now feel like a minority at your local Costco.
Click here for a story and video of me speaking at Frisco’s City Council exposing H-1B.
I could go on and on about how H-1B Visa employment has changed the area I grew up in, but let me get back to exposing T-Mobile.

What Attorneys Are Helping T-Mobile?
I believe it’s important to understand who is behind the scenes helping this happen because these are Americans that are knowingly helping corporations employe foreigners over Americans.
I understand it’s just their job, they’re not personally trying to make American’s lives worse, but the fact is they’re part of the problem.
