This is a short story intended to serve as a receipt in my breadcrumb trail.
Sorry for blowing up your inbox with T-Mobile stories over the last few weeks, but you have a front row seat to my life and this is how I document my story along the way.
I’ve been 100% transparent all year long.
T-Mobile Discriminated Against Me and Violated Texas Health & Safety Code Chapter 81D

Do you know how evil it was to not let me attend this party?
This is in Texas! I was tempted to go party in the parking lot but I didn’t want to risk my six figure career at the time. T-Mobile gave employees a “Magenta Pass” when they submitted their vaccine card to a 3rd party company - said differently, T-Mobile made a Vaccine Passport sound cool to their employees and they celebrated it.
Texas Health & Safety Code Chapter 81D was not a law at the time T-Mobile violated my rights, go figure. Montana was the only state in the US that made it illegal for companies to discriminate against people for being unvaccinated for COVID-19.
Below is a 4.5 minute video I created in May about Chapter 81D where I explain in more detail how T-Mobile violated my rights. This video was fresh back from a hiatus in March and April after accepting censorship owned me on Elon’s X. I thought pivoting to video on Instagram and YouTube would help me, and then I learned you can be completely deleted from the internet and it doesn’t matter what social media I use.
People won’t ever understand how hard it’s been just to be me telling my story.
Collin County Courthouse Visit
Today, I visited the Collin County Courthouse and exercised my first amendment rights in the hopes of getting my bond hearing dropped.
FYI, my bond hearing was dropped.
T-Mobile has been harassing me and my free speech all year long and I’m the one defending myself in the court of law because having power and money goes farther than having integrity with the constitution to back you up.
I never should’ve received a request for a bond hold hearing.
Period. End of the story!
AND - I never should’ve been charged in the first place!
Because this highlighted wording is a lie. I was never once was told or asked to stop texting, I honestly thought he blocked me in his phone and I was just getting my frustration out sending the text with my T-Mobile stories as I posted them.

I wasn’t shunned from my job, but definitely from family/ friends for standing up/ speaking up. Ofcourse noone has apologized. It means alot (to the lone wolf), to see others Still Standing!
How sucky! It's amazing how people forgot what a vaccine is supposed to be! If you are vaccinated why am I a threat to you? Where are people's brains? I was involved in a women's group that had a table just for the vaccinated, unvaccinated were not allowed to sit there! I couldn't believe it so I never went back. I spent $300 to join and went to 3 meetings. What a waste.
