Shocking Truth Behind T-Mobile Layoff
Revealing my Severance Agreement & Why I'm Not Signing It
Yup, you read that headline right. I’m exposing T-Mobile and I declined a severance agreement worth $146,627 — $100,007 cash compensation paid bi-weekly for 6 months, $25,716 lump sum cash payment as a prorated corporate bonus I’m owed for 2023, and 134 shares, or $20,904 of TMUS stock.
First, let me clarify that I am not a wealthy guy who can afford to turn down $147k, I’m owed that money, and it would be beneficial for me right now as I decide to bet on myself with independent/investigative journalism and creating content.
Let’s jump right into why I’m not signing it.
Free speech. I wouldn’t be able to discuss anything about the last 17 years of my career.
I’m the only accountability for T-Mobile’s unethical actions with their tyrannical vaccine mandate, T-Mobile even discriminated against employees by barring unvaccinated employees from the offices and causing mental anguish. I can’t allow this to happen again in America, it was some of my darkest times but it helped me grow stronger.
There aren’t many people exposing DEI & ESG from first hand experience, most people reporting on DEI and ESG have never experienced it first hand at a Fortune 100 company. Does this makes sense — why does T-Mobile pay 2x more for a 10 year old to change genders than they will for parents needing in vitro for their pregnancy?
T-Mobile is not what people think it is.
Are you ok with a foreign government owning one of the largest wireless carriers in America?!?
My integrity and passion for truth won’t let me sign it. I was a model T-Mobile employee from 2006 to 2020. I DIDN’T CHANGE, T-MOBILE CHANGED.
I know, I’m crazy and I’m a dumbass. You’re right.
I’m not here to convince you of anything, read this at your own will and believe whatever you want. I know it’s cliche to say this — I was born to expose T-Mobile! My life has lead me down the path to this moment, I’ve had signs from the universe and god telling me to keep going, and I’m trusting that I’m going to break through this censorship. I launched my journalism business on X/Twitter on October 20, 2023, my account suspended five days later on October 25, 2023. I was betting my livelihood on citizen journalism with X, I executed a tight go to market plan, and someone shut me down. I don’t really know who shut me down, but I went HAM (Hard As a Mfer) on trolling and exposing T-Mobile, John Legere, and Mike Sievert for their lies — it’s a safe assumption to say T-Mobile had their hands in my suspension one way or another. I DID NOT break a rule on X, I was being watched like a hawk and I was shut down because I exposed some real ass information us normal people aren’t supposed to know.
Here is a screenshot of my last post and my suspension.
Note: I was technically suspended for platform manipulation and spam. I have not heard back from my multiple requests to the X Support team since October 25, I email them daily. This rule is intentionally vague, two replies can technically be considered spam. If you’re on X, then you know porn and crypto bots are everywhere manipulating and spamming the platform all day long.
The 2023 Conspiracy Theorists Believe The Government Cares About Them
Some people will call me a crazy right wing conspiracy theorist because I dislike DEI & ESG, some will say I’ve lost my mind because I don’t trust that politicians are supporting my best interests, and most people are going to tell me to get over T-Mobile violating my rights. It’s all good because all of those people are right, all of those people are wrong, and none of that feedback really matters at the end of the day, does it?
Let’s start with conspiracy theorist. If your first reaction to any narrative that’s not the main stream narrative is “he’s a conspiracy theorist”, then the social engineering has worked on you because that’s the exact reaction you’re designed to have. At this point in 2023, if you’re still trusting the government has your best interest at the forefront of their decisions — then YOU’RE the conspiracy theorist.
If you haven’t noticed, then let me be the first to tell you, 2023 America is vastly different than 2019 America. Call me whatever you want, but when I make my statements, I can always back them up with reasoning, evidence, and documentation, AND I’m open to you showing me where I may have missed something in my reasoning, evidence, and documentation. I want to have conversations about different view points — I’m not down with America’s New Normal of people demanding others to have their same view points.

Now onto DEI & ESG
I witnessed these Un-American tactics take over the Un-carrier. From 2006 to 2020, T-Mobile was a fun environment that welcomed everyone, especially starting in 2013 with the introduction of John Legere and The Un-carrier. From 2020 to 2023, I witnessed DEI and ESG change the T-Mobile culture into a toxic culture full of left wing narratives and woke ideology. Let me clarify, I’m not right or left, think of me being in the middle because I don’t play the game — both sides are right and wrong and it’s designed to keep people divided.
DEI and ESG are NOT GOOD
America is the most diverse country on earth, but somehow people have been convinced that companies need to divide their employees into groups and tell them how they’re victims for things that happened hundreds of years ago. Of course there is a lot of inequality in America, but it’s more about wealth class than the color of your skin in America.

Exposing the Confidentiality Clause within the Severance Agreement
To clarify, I did not sign the severance agreement so I’m not legally bound to any of this corporate tyranny. I understand and support companies protecting their proprietary information, but I do not understand why companies are allowed to silence everything about your entire experience working for the company.
Why can a company pay me to keep my mouth shut, but it’s extortion if I tell the company I’ll keep my mouth shut for money?
If I signed that agreement, I wouldn’t be able to make these points
T-Mobile raised the prices of rate plans in April 2023 after promising to Congress in 2019 that they would lower the prices of plans for consumers.
T-Mobile promised to create jobs, but they’ve laid off more than 10,000 people since merging with Sprint in 2020.
T-Mobile is the definition of pushing woke narratives in order to divide America
T-Mobile violated American’s rights with unconstitutional vaccine mandates.
T-Mobile discriminated against unvaccinated employees by barring them from the office.
T-Mobile’s Senior Leadership LIES - they pretend to care about employees while they lay them off and create an extremely toxic work environment, and all while the Senior Leadership cashes out millions in T-Mobile stock.
If I don’t speak up, who will?
