New Trial Date Is June 9th - Texas Is Fabricating My Harassment Charge
The Judge allowed the State Prosecutor to delete 14 words from my charge just 3 days before the trial.
Just 4 days before the trial begins, the State of Texas requests to remove the lie from my official charge of harassment. Today, Judge Johnson granted that request which then resulted in pushing the trial out to June 9th - part of my defense was exposing their lie and they knew it which is why they removed it before the trial.
Collin County was ok with the lie in my charge while trying to offer me a plea bargain, but they aren’t ok with that lie when I push for a Jury Trial - that shouldn’t be allowed.
The Collin County District Attorney is now no different than the New York District Attorney that fabricated charges against President Trump.
When you weaponize your court system to go after an individual, you aren’t following your oath to the United States Constitution.
Greg Willis is no different than Letitia James.
Well maybe Greg is slightly different than Letitia, because in April 2023 his actions resulted in Collin County paying out $1.75 million for sexual harassment allegations by multiple employees. (More Info)

Don’t these words seem like they’d be required for a harassment charge?
Without these 14 words, I never would’ve been charged with harassment in the first place and the Police Officer who took the report confirms that on body cam.
This is what fabricating a case looks like - they know it should be dismissed but I’ve pissed off Greg Willis and Jon Freier so they are using their resources to show me who runs the show.

Jon Freier Wanted Me Charged For Criminal Trespassing
This will be exposed during the trial from the body cam footage.
The Prosper Police Officer who took the report from Freier confirmed I didn’t break any laws entering his neighborhood so he couldn’t charge me for criminal trespassing, he could charge me with harassment from the text messages but Jon would have to tell me to stop for it to be harassment, so Jon sent the message right there on the spot while filing the police report at the same time.
Jon Freier fabricated a charge on the spot with the Police Officer because he had to do something to keep me from coming back to his neighborhood.
All Freier had to do was ask me to stop or respond to my messages, but he was too big of a coward to respond to my messages and whistleblower stories - he couldn’t be man enough to text me back and own up to what I was sending him about T-Mobile, he claims his wife felt threatened but he couldn’t even man up and ask me to stop texting him, he called 911 instead of replying to me because he’s a weak man with a huge ego and he’s used to being the man in charge.
Jon Freier is not scared of me as a person, he is scared of my free speech because it exposes the company that’s made him $50+ million.
New Subpoenas For June 9th Jury Trial

Greg Willis and Jon Freier’s weapon was to change my charge at the last minute and remove Jon’s lie.
