My Free Speech is Restored, For Now
Here's how I got my X/Twitter account back by using unusual tactics to Get Shit Done.
Seriously, I was losing hope, I didn’t think this day would come, I figured my X account was gone forever and I would never get it back. My account was suspended on October 25, 2023 and I finally got it restored on December 19, 2023. I sent an email to the support team almost everyday since early November, I was shocked I couldn’t get one reply explaining why I was suspended.
I used unconventional tactics to get my free speech back on X — I created a video for Elon Musk and Theo Von, I emailed people like Joe Rogan, Tucker Carlson, Dave Smith, and countless others, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Texas State Attorney General, and I almost stood outside of the Cybertruck event holding a sign.
Burning My Teslas Finally Did The Trick!
Ok, so I didn’t light my Teslas on fire, but I sent an email to the X and Tesla leadership teams asking how to safely burn my Teslas in the cul-de-sac in front of my house. See for yourself.
My email was obvious satire, but it got my point across.
I sent the above email on December 5, 2023, I didn’t hear back from anyone, but I knew some of them watched the Dear Elon video because I had a trick up my sleeve. I changed all of my YouTube videos to '“unlisted” weeks before to let all of my views die off, then I shared my Dear Elon video link in this email to track if anyone from the email list viewed the video. I had 10 views in the matter of three days, so I know someone watched the video, it could have been 1 person 10 times, or 10 people 1 time, I don’t know. But I know someone watched it and my trick successfully provided me helpful intelligence.
Fast forward two weeks later to December 19, 2023, I follow-up on the above email. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
Within Two Hours, I was Restored
December 19, 2023 Timeline
10:40 am - I send the above email.
11:12 am - I receive an email from the support team closing my case, but it now has a new case number.
11:16 am - I reply to my 10:40 am email stating my issue is still not resolved and I haven’t heard back.
12:12 pm - I receive the first reply in 55 days about my account being suspended, and my account is being unsuspended.
Still, I Shouldn’t Have Been Suspended
I understand how I got suspended with the way the rules are defined, however, I wouldn’t have violated the rules if X didn’t break their promise of prioritizing my replies as a Premium customer. My replies were prioritized from September 2, 2023 to October 24, 2023. The day before my replies were de-prioritized for the first time, October 23, 2023, I posted a masterpiece exposing a Social Credit Score system and someone obviously didn’t like that. I’ll probably never find out how my account got suspended or who did it, but it's reasonably certain that someone within X was actively involved in orchestrating my shutdown.
It Hasn’t Been Easy
The last 55 days were hard on me. I don’t expect people to care or even understand what I went through, my X account is a lot more than a social media account to share my thoughts, my X account is me betting on myself after being laid off from dedicating 17 years of my life to a company that turned Un-American in 2020.
Most of my friends and family didn’t care that my account was suspended and I lost my free speech, because to them, it’s just a social media account. I don’t hold anything against them for their lack of caring or concern — I understand most of them have no idea what’s really going on in the world today, so of course they don’t understand the importance of my free speech, because they haven’t figured out I’m speaking truth in a world of lies.
I'm now thankful for X suspending me, my suspension forced me to learn more about myself — I learned I can create engaging video content, I can write decent longer form content, and I can’t ever stop believing in myself no matter how hard life gets on me.

If you’re wondering what post got my account locked down, here it is…
I’m curious about what the social score is all about. I’ve not heard of it before.
I got the boot from X after Elon appointed a WEF alumni as CEO. I say good riddance as Substack is much better anyway. I also use Word Press, Gab, Truth Social, Rumble, and Bit Chute. Too many other free speech options for me to worry about Twitter. Elon did not clean up that vipers nest like he promised.
