KEN PAXTON DOESN'T CARE ABOUT MY CENSORSHIP FROM ELON'S X

His office closed my case and didn't care to ask me one question or engage with me

I’ve shared a lot about my personal Censorship but let me show you how Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office responded to me.

I’m a 40 year old lifelong Texan and my Texas leadership has failed me multiple times since 2020 - my rights have been violated by T-Mobile and Elon Musk’s Free Speech App.

I’ve used all of my resources - State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, Greg Abbott’s office, and so much more.

I need a badass lawyer but I can’t explore that because it would cost me a lot of money just to talk to lawyers who are scared to take my case.

I’m so tired of people celebrating Texas Republicans because those MAGA Republicans have proven to me that their words don’t align with their actions.

I understand why most people celebrate Team MAGA because I did 2020 to 2023 - all of them should be sharing my story and calling me a hero, but instead they’ve blocked or ignored me.

Here’s the generic response I received from Ken Paxton’s office on November 29, 2023 closing my case.

I was big time naive back in December - I still had faith in the system working for me and I thought the conservative movement would welcome me with open arms and call me a hero.

On Christmas Eve, I followed up with Ken Paxton’s office after the Better Business Bureau closed my case without hearing back from X.

I got my X account back on December 19th but I was still being censored so I wanted to share more detail with Paxton’s office about why I was being silenced in Texas - the below email reply is exactly the type of story Ken Paxton should be acknowledging and helping.

I clearly articulated my rights were violated, I provided examples, and all I wanted was a reply from his office that wasn’t a script.

My last line in the email says - “I wish Texas would have protected me more, like in Montana, where discriminating against unvaccinated people was made illegal in 2021” and guess what?!?
